Orders Containing Multiple Products

For orders containing multiple items, we will endeavor to ship all items included in the order simultaneously. Items that are out of stock at the time of shipment will be shipped when they become available, unless you notify us otherwise. You pay only for the items included in a particular shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You pay only for shipping at the rate provided on your purchase receipt. This shipping charge may apply in full to the first shipment of a multi-item order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or a confirmation of our offer to sell. Ayla Cox reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or reject your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Generally, we will ship your product the same day if you place your order before 2:00 PM PST; orders received after this time, or orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays, will be shipped the next business day. However, there may be times when your ordered product is out of stock, which will result in a delay in processing your order. We will promptly notify you if any product you order is out of stock and cannot be shipped immediately. You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 2:00 PM PST will ship most orders the same day, provided the items are in stock. Orders received after 2:00 PM will ship most orders the following business day. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays unless arranged in advance.

We cannot guarantee the delivery of your order. Any shipping or transit times provided to you or others are guidelines only. We recommend that you place your order promptly to avoid delays due to shipping or insufficient product inventory.

Personalized orders are made to order and may take longer to process. Please allow 8-9 business days. Once your personalized order is processed, we will ship using the shipping method you selected at checkout. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, we will ship the order in batches.

Billing and Credit Card Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel purchase quantities per person, household, or order at our sole discretion. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or credit card, orders placed with the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number you provided when placing the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that we believe may be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. There are no surcharges for purchases made with credit cards. Please be sure to provide your accurate billing address and phone number (the address and phone number on file for you with your credit card bank). Incorrect information will result in delays in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Local sales tax may apply, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, customer service may contact you directly to update your account information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that may be imposed by your bank or credit card issuer. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses the charge on your credit card, we may debit your account directly and seek payment through other methods, including mailed statements. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For shipped items claimed not received, we will investigate, which may include a postal service notification, replace the product, and credit your account.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns of products defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects within 60 days of the purchase date. We will also accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date if you received the wrong product due to a shipping error.

The Bentgo mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Ayla Cox ("Ayla Cox," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any features thereof without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By agreeing to Bentgo's SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive periodic SMS/text messages from Bentgo at the mobile phone number provided by your wireless carrier, even if your mobile phone number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. SMS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, reminders, and information (e.g., order updates, account reminders, etc.). Promotional messages may include sales, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you do not need to enroll in this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from Bentgo. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

There is no service fee, but you are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges charged by your mobile carrier. The frequency of SMS messages varies. SMS and data charges may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your mobile carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text messaging charges, including those charged by your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of this service at any time. You can cancel by texting "STOP" to +18777520953 or clicking the unsubscribe link (if provided) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you are subscribed to another Bentgo mobile messaging program and wish to cancel, you will need to opt-out separately according to the instructions in the applicable program's mobile terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change any short codes or phone numbers used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you will need to register for the Program using the new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we have no liability or responsibility for the failure, delay, or misdelivery of any information sent through the Services, any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you may or may not take in reliance on that information or the Services.
