How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We'll do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible!

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST typically ship the same day (if the item is in stock).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST typically ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on the method you select during checkout:

FedEx Economy: Up to 10 business days

FedEx Ground: Up to 6 business days

Hawaii and US Territories: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fullerton, California. While we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, we'll make sure your package gets there as quickly as possible!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link directly to your email address so you can follow every step of the way.

I haven't received my product yet—what should I do?

If you ordered from www.AylaCox.shop, please contact our friendly customer support team here and we'll help you locate your product. Generally, if your product doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be due to a shipping delay with the carrier, and we'll be happy to help you resolve this issue.

If you ordered from Amazon or another retailer, please contact them directly, as they will be best able to assist you and resolve the issue.

What should I do if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order shows as delivered, but you haven't received it yet, we recommend checking your email. Tracking status updates can sometimes be inaccurate, and packages typically arrive a few days after the scheduled delivery date. However, we understand that exceptions may occur. If you haven't received your item within 3 business days, please contact our friendly customer support team here.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to the United States and the following territories:

U.S. Virgin Islands

Puerto Rico

Guam

American Samoa

Northern Mariana Islands

Please note that orders to U.S. territories ship via FedEx SmartPost and can take up to four to six weeks to ship.
